At Aprender Viviendo, we are a boutique company with a close, family-oriented and deeply personalised approach. We work exclusively with a single small group of students, whom we support at all times, taking care of every detail so they feel safe, motivated and at home.
We design unique experiences, thoughtfully created so that language comprehension happens naturally, through practice, interaction and participation in meaningful activities.
From summer stays to immersion programmes lasting several months or entire academic years, we have accompanied hundreds of teenagers on a learning journey based on authentic conversation and cross-cultural connection.
One aspect that sets us apart every day is that each afternoon we dedicate three hours to creative and recreational activities (games, design, drama, podcasts…), organised together with British young people of the same age. Their presence is key: they act as language partners, helping to improve pronunciation, comprehension and fluency in English in a spontaneous and natural way.
Our programmes are living experiences designed to build confidence, fluency and genuine motivation. Here, learning happens through communicating, sharing and living in English.
Our method is based on spontaneous and natural conversation between peers. In each group, Spanish students live and take part in activities with British young people of the same age, selected as buddies. Their role is essential: they help participants loosen up, lose their fear of the language and engage in activities dynamically, always under the supervision of our adult staff.
This environment fosters authentic communication, breaks down barriers and allows the language to become a living, useful and everyday tool.

This strategic location not only allows us to combine cultural excursions with daily tranquillity, but also offers one of the most neutral and highly regarded British accents, ideal for comprehension and language learning.
Bedford is a city designed on a human scale, where everything is within walking distance. It is crossed by the River Great Ouse and an extensive network of canals, which gives it a unique character and allows people to enjoy nature in a fully urban setting. Parks, lakes and riverside paths are part of daily life for local residents and feature in our programme activities.
